What caused Ayakashi Triangle episode 7 to be postponed?
Episode 7 of Ayakashi Triangle was originally scheduled to premiere on Monday, February 20, and again on Monday, March 21.
Both times, the anime series' broadcast in Japan was postponed due to an increase of coronavirus cases within the production company, thus extending the international broadcast.
In a press release, the team said, "We apologize for any inconvenience and concern this may cause to fans who have been looking forward to the film."
The ongoing coronavirus epidemic has harmed several titles from the 2023 Winter anime slate, with numerous delays being confirmed as a result of a resurgence in instances.

In July 2023, the Ayakashi Triangle will be reinstated.
The official Japanese website for the Ayakashi Triangle anime adaptation was unveiled today, March 28. The broadcast will resume in July 2023.
Fans should be aware that the series' resumption will not take place immediately after episode 7, rather, it will take place from the first episode in Japan.
The 12-episode broadcast that was scheduled to begin in January 2023 has been moved to the sixth episode. Episodes 1 to 12 will be broadcast again on each broadcaster starting in July 2023.
The exact release date for the Ayakashi Triangle restart hasn't been released, but it's likely to resume its current broadcast schedule on Monday, July 3 or Monday, July 7.
This means that Crunchyroll will most likely release Ayakashi Triangle episode 7 in mid-August – the platform will not remove episodes 1-6 in the meantime.
"We apologize for the inconvenience this might impose on fans who have been looking forward to the project, but the production team is working hard to deliver the product to everyone, so please wait until that happens."
The repeated delays to Ayakashi Triangle have continued to have an influence on how the worldwide anime community responds to the series, with many fans admitting to re-watching it after its initial delay back in February.
The series is currently scoring an underwhelming 6/10 on IMDB, 62% on Anilist, 3.4/5 on Anime Planet, and 6.45/10 on MyAnimeList — one of the lowest-scoring titles from Studio Connect on MAL to date.
The good news is that Ayakashi Triangle will get a fresh slate, both figuratively and literally, since the program will continue to focus on its summer 2023 slate.
Fingers crossed that the anime will be able to bounce back and regain some of its lost momentum by July 2023.
