The World Boss in Diablo 4 is meant for 12 players, so I'll let you know what you're doing here ...

Stay awhile and listen to a story about a player who nearly won a World Boss solo world record before someone jumped into the fray and took his life.

Ashava the Pestilent is a world boss who has huge power and deadly strikes that require 12 players to defeat.

Have you got all of this? Imagine being able to do it solo. Wudijo, a well-known Diablo player, is nearly capable of doing so. Yes, he was close to defeating it until a random Necromancer came in to steal the kill at 2% life.

Wudijo's max-level Rogue (level 25) was constructed with all sorts of legendary gear and featured incredible damage while protecting himself with Dark Shroud while also using Inner Sight as his go-to Rogue special skill. It's also wiped forever if his character dies.

Wudijo was a good sport about it, despite the random Necromancer's loss. Of course, there's another Diablo player named Vidjerei who managed to complete the solo feat without any interference.

Diablo 4 will be released on PC and consoles on June 6th; I'm very sure many players will want to try soloing this gigantic demon dragon when the game launches. Or die trying.
