This new ninja turtles game will follow the story from the graphic novel The Last Ronin, which was released in 2020. The Last Ronin is a story that is much darker and darker than the ninja turtles' tale.
The Last Ronin's dark history will be released soon in game form.

The Last Ronin game will have a third-person viewpoint for its gameplay similar to God of War from Sony Playstation, which will also completely recreate the entire story of The Last Ronin.
The Last Ronin, unlike the previous Ninja Turtles games, will be a single-player game. If that's the case, Rosen said there'll still be other playable characters in flashback sessions.

When the Last Ronin comic was published, the identity of the remaining ninja turtle members was one of the mysteries. The story centers on a ninja turtle with a black mask who fights using all of the four ninja turtle weapons, including nunchaku, sai, bo staff, and two katanas.

According to Rosen, a game adaptation of The Last Ronin is currently being developed by an unnamed studio. The Last Ronin was created as a AAA video game by Rosen.
