Elden Ring: A mod transforms it into a first-person shooter

Elden Ring: A mod transforms it into a first-person shooter ...

Elder Ring is now available as a PC version, thanks to a modder Dasaav. Ideal for gamers who were looking for nothing more than an excuse to try a new game, but in this instance with a completely different perspective.

Dasaav has also released a trailer for the mod for Dark Souls 3, which is also available here.

The author did not just tweak the camera, but also made a number of tweaks in order to make the first-person experience as close as possible to Elden Ring's gameplay, such as adding a crosshair and a warning sign.

We also have HUD capabilities that may be modified, as well as tracking of the player's head animations, and changes to the player's animations. All of these features may be modified at will through the mod's.ini file or directly in the game settings.

In fact, the Elden Ring patch 1.09, according to some tests, has an effect on performance so great that it cuts the frame rate on an RTX 4090.
