In Chapter 3 of Resident Evil 4, Grave Desecration, we show you where to find the twins' tombstones with emblems.
What is the location of the quest Desecration of Graves?
Follow the path to the left of the church till the very end of the walk to find the blue note with this errand. The leaf will be pinned to the stone wall.
On the receipt, you will discover that the merchant will pay two spinels to the one who destroys two emblems on the tombstones of the twins who contacted the cultists.
This task is quite simple: go to the cemetery located just outside the church entrance. There you will need to locate the two tombstones shown in the screenshot below and shoot the emblems on them.
From the second screenshot, the exact location is marked on the map. If you complete the order, the merchant closest to you will greet you when you leave the quarry.
