Crystal Marble Puzzle Guide for Resident Evil 4

Crystal Marble Puzzle Guide for Resident Evil 4 ...

The Resident Evil 4 Remake crystal marble puzzle has a crystal found in the latter part of chapter 2. It's possible that you've misplaced the sphere or dragonfly(?) behind you. Once you've made the decision, try again. Then click the save button again and try again. If you've already solved the puzzle, it's possible that the problem has been fixed by Capcom.

The Resident Evil 4 Remake crystal marble puzzle is proving to be a confusing one for many. All you need to do is align the sphere, so it matches the shape of the dragonfly (?) behind it. It sounds easy, right? Well, better said than done.

If this is the case, and you've wasted time trying to solve it, then it's possible that it's not you. Many have confirmed that this puzzle is bugged.

Before we get to work on it, the first thing you'll want to do is save at the typewriter that should be behind you.

Once you've done this, click the options button and save the file you just created. This will remove the bug if it's been affected. Return to the door.

The sphere itself doesn't have to be aligned with the symbol, therefore there's not a lot you need to do. Hold the left joystick high until all the balls are cluttered close together, as shown below.

Once you have arrived at the location, you should only have to rotate it a few times to make the symbol. It should be this.

Now, rotate the body completely so that the symbol matches.

There you have it! The game now has a door that will allow you to continue to progress.

Honestly, the issue that prevented the symbol from aligning correctly was most likely to be a bug. At least there is a workaround until Capcom has issued a correct fix.
