Starting Life in Another World announced its long-awaited third season earlier today, and light novelist Shinichiro Otsuka drew a special illustration to commemorate the announcement.
Starting Life in Another World is a light novel series designed by Tappei Nagatsuki, which began serialization on the Shosetsuka ni Naro website in 2012. Media Factory has been publishing them in print with Shinichiro Otsuka's illustration since 2014 under its MF Bunko J imprint.
The first season of the anime was released in 2016; the second was released in 2020. Re:ZERO: Memory Snow (2018) and Frozen Bonds (2019) are both part of the Isekai Quartet franchise.
The Season 3 anime for Re:Zero has been announced, along with a teaser trailer.
