The Undead Unluck anime has received a new teaser visual as well as a premiere date for October 2023. Studio David Production is well-known for its anime adaptations of Fire Force and JoJo's Bizarre Adventure.
Yuki Yase is the director, Hideyuki Morioka is the character designer, and Kenichiro Suehiro is the music composer for Undead Unluck. The voice cast is composed of:
- Yuichi Nakamura as Andy
- Moe Kahara as Fuko Izumi
- Natsuki Hanae as Shen
- Kenji Nomura as Void Volks
Yoshifumi Tozuka's Undead Unluck manga is licensed by VIZ in English, describing the sequence: "What happens when an unlucky girl meets an undead guy?" Fuuko Izumo sets out to end everything. But when she meets Andy, a man who longs for death but cannot die, she discovers a way to rescue her!
