When the goons that want their money attack Ankit, Neha gets involved, but they don't realize she's pregnant. One of the guys hits her hard in the stomach, and she loses the baby.
Neha has double-crossed Ankit because she lost her baby, and extremists get onboard the plane and foil Ankit's plan from the very beginning. Instead of diamonds, he gets a broken nose.
Neha tries to avoid losing her child because her father is working in the underworld. So she went behind her father's back and created the hijack on the plane so Ankit would never lose anything.
