Counter-Strike 2 is a new segment from Valve's legendary shooter. The game, which is directly called Counter-Strike 2, should shape the series in all directions, according to the first gameplay trailers. The designers decided to update the shooter pointwise rather than radically alter it.
Counter-Strike 2 is being announced only for PC, although it will be released in the summer of 2023. The developers are not yet certain whether or not players on consoles should expect Counter-Strike 2.
Valve does not work with game consoles, instead focusing on PC gaming. You may recall that Counter-Strike Global Offensive was released on Xbox 360 consoles, but its support was completed quite quickly, and the Xbox One version of the shooter was never released.
