As part of the Gift for Putin campaign, Czech volunteers raised 30 million crowns (€1.2 million) to purchase the RM-70 MLRS. The installation and 365 missiles will be shipped to Ukraine in the next few weeks. The volunteers have established a new target of 50 million crowns. Additional funds will go to another 365 missiles.

At the STV Group plant in Polika, the rocket launcher was changed. Pemysl is named after the mythological character Pemysl Plowman. A full volley of RM-70 is capable of "plowing" about three hectares.

The RM-70 rocket launcher was first used in 1971 by the Czechoslovak army, but it remains a very effective weapon. Like the original, it contains an additional pack of 40 missiles for quick reloading, and the installation is enabled by the armored chassis Tatra T813 Kolos (8 8) with a 270 hp engine.

Dalibor Dedek, a Czech businessman, purchased 15 anti-aircraft rifles on a Toyota chassis, a modernized T-72 tank, and various types of drones for Ukraine. In addition, the gift for Putin initiative provides hearing training for Ukrainian military personnel in the Czech Republic and Czech sign language lessons for people with hearing impairments.
