Riot Games has released version 13.6 of MOBA League of Legends, which includes a new champion, Milio. Along with this, the developers have released a short video, where you can see the gameplay of the hero and learn more about his abilities.
Milio has the following talents:
Milio's weapons buff allies on touch, and the empowered ally's next skill or basic attack deals additional damage and sets the target on fire.
