Lea Michele, a Funny Girl on Broadway star, announced on Wednesday that she would take time off from the stage to be there for her son, Ever, 2, who is currently in the hospital. She wrote in an Instagram Story that she is "so sorry."
Many Glee alumni's re-liked a fan re-post to send their positive vibes to Lea. "I'm sure he'll recover soon," another fan wrote. "We'll send you our prayers and best wishes for your little angel."
The official Funny Girl Instagram account also sent out a message to the audience the same day. "Is she okay?????" one fan replied, while another added, "Family first Lea!" Another follower added, "Anyone with tickets is in for a fantastic performance from @jujujuliebee who played the lead in October!"
According to Variety, Lea took on the role of Fanny Brice in September 2022, and has since received rave reviews. In April 2022, Beanie Feldstein, 29, joined the cast in a bid for a better turnout.
Ever, a 36-year-old mother, was born in 2020, the same year she married her husband, Zandy Reich. She shared a black-and-white photo on Instagram to express his true gratitude, along with a blue heart emoji.
