Project Sirius, a new Witcher game developed by the Molasses Flood team (known for The Flame in the Flood), was introduced by the CD Projekt RED team in 2022, while giving no further details. This project was supposed to have procedural level generation, multiplayer, and "stylized graphics."
The media reported that a day later on the official website of CD Projekt RED, expenses for Project Sirius were written off in the amount of 42.9 million zlotys (about 9.7 million dollars). The specified amount was spent for 2022-2023 (until February 2023).
