Resident Evil 4 is back. This week the incredible Resident Evil 4 Capcom remake is unveiled, which has received many awards. However, many fans had already enjoyed an unofficial "HD remaster."

Does Resident Evil 4 HD Project really exist? This mod, which has been in development since 2014, brings all the original Resident Evil 4 textures to life, and after years of development, it was finally released last year.

Two Spanish modders, Albert and Chris, have developed the Resident Evil 4 HD project. One of them, Albert, has shared some interesting personal information in a new blog post: for the first time, I will be working in the video game business.

Nightdive is a project by the author of the Resident Evil 4 HD mod.

“I am super happy because for the first time in my life I am working in the video game industry.”

Albert has been signed with Nightdive Studios for the purpose of remastering classic songs from the past, such as Turok, Doom 64, Forsaken, Quake... and especially System Shock, for which they have also made a complete remake, which will be released on PC in May and later on consoles.

Albert applauds the Resident Evil 4 remake, for the information he has read, although he wanted nothing other than the demo, in order not to ruin himself, and he is not afraid that the original (and thus its remaster) will be obsolete.

"I am not afraid that the remake will replace the original," says the author. Despite the fact that this time the original RE4 and Resident Evil 4 remakes are closer to the original RE2 and RE3 remakes, they are two different experiences.
