When watching cutscenes in Diablo 4, the Gigabyte RTX 3080 Ti crashes ...

On the Blizzard forums, Gamers Diablo 4 says their Gigabyte RTX 3080 Ti burns out due to watching cutscenes.

After the church cut-scene, the player Sulfate1 claims that his RTX 3080Ti broke: "First, the fans on the video card swung to the maximum, then all three monitors went out, and I shut down the computer."

After turning on the cut-scene in the church, another user, Nize2861, said something similar. "I quickly restarted the PC and it booted up again, and on the third occasion, I just skipped the cut-scene and there were no issues."

Several other users have experienced similar symptoms, and so it is advised to skip the video or restart the computer to avoid this error.

From March 24 to March 26, Diablo 4 will be available for all players in open beta testing, and the long-awaited release will be released on PC, PS4, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S.
