Hatsune Miku will be available as a leader or a premium card in Cygames' Academy of Ages card pack. [Thanks, Game Watch!]
Saki Fujita will continue to play Hatsune Miku's voice bank, having previously voiced Ymir in Attack on Titan and Akagi in the Kantai Collection. Miku can be set as a leader in the Forestcraft class, and she will have her own special animation.

From the video, it is difficult to tell but it appears that Cygames tuned the Hatsune Miku voicebank rather than asking Fujita to speak the lines. Other Vocaloid characters may appear in this collaboration, like Uma Musume.
Hatsune Miku will be available in Shadowverse from March 27 to April 27, 2023. She will be available in the Academy of Ages card pack.
