Deviation Games' PlayStation exclusive title will include both solo and co-op gameplay modes.
Derek Sunshine, the studio's design director on LinkedIn, says the multiplayer PlayStation exclusive title will be available both solo and co-op.
Sunshine is directly involved with the design of the solo/co-op game, which suggests that the game will likely have a competitive multiplayer mode. That's not to say that the game will not be developed by former Call of Duty Black Ops veterans.
The status of the unnamed game in Deviation Games is currently unknown. The other multiplayer-focused PlayStation exclusive title, currently in development at Haven Studios, will soon move from pre-production to production stages.
Maclean's, Canada's top contemporary newspaper, ranked the top 100 people who will shape the country in 2023, including game creator Jade Raymond. She revealed that her team at Haven Studios is working on its PlayStation multiplayer game that will soon go from preproduction to proper production.
PlayStation announced the purchase of Haven Studios in July 2022. The studio's CEO and founder, Jade Raymond, has worked together on some of the most well-known games and franchises that many today enjoy.
