According to Sber analysts, the HR platform "Pulse" with built-in artificial intelligence models for assessing the dangers of personnel outflow saves 10% more employees annually. Burnout (over 50%) is the most common reason for voluntary dismissal. At the same time, business losses due to the need to re-fill a position can be from one to three salaries of an employee.

Pulse AI models assess employees' health, work hours, illnesses, vacations, and personality. The system responds in real time to deviations from the norm. Sberbank experts assure that AI churn risk assessment models recognize burnout signals that are invisible to humans.

On the Pulse platform, artificial intelligence (AI) tools are used for, for example, grading resumes, recognizing and classifying documents, processing large volumes of employee feedback data, and personalizing recommendations for employee training.
