In the future, Separate Ways may be provided as paid DLC. It would therefore not have been canceled, but would have become more extensive, in a manner that it would have been included for free in the game, at least according to an error.

There's Wong, a game that allows you to replay the title by accessing different areas and with different gameplay. According to insider Dusk Golem, the game will probably be released later this year (or at the beginning of the year next).
Consider that Capcom has neither announced nor confirmed the DLC, therefore for the time being it is a pure indiscretion. Sure, some modifications are possible, but in this sense, restoring Separate Ways would be a natural choice for Capcom.
