Nintendo UK sent out a small survey to users, but it has sparked fresh speculation about the release date for Metroid Prime 4, one of the most anticipated and mysterious games currently in development on the Nintendo Switch.
The poll was actually about Metroid Prime Remastered, a game that was released unexpectedly last month and that appeared to be a huge success. However, many believed it to be a sign of future game announcements in the near future, especially considering a release in late 2023 or 2024.
Metroid Prime 4's flaw is fairly well-known. It was announced at E3 in 2017, but completely vanished from the attention after the company announced that it would resume development in 2019 with a complete overhaul (now Retro Studios). Since then, there has been a complete lull, that is, the company has not said anything about it.
The fact that Metroid Prime 4 has been included in an official review has undoubtedly reignited endless speculation among followers on social media.
