A new dialogue system will be added to new Insomniac games ...

Il remains to be discovered what it is all about.

Insomniac Games' new project apparently requires a sophisticated dialogue system, according to Elan Raskin, the engine's chief programmer.

Raskin commented on a Twitch stream that the studio has developed "very cool" dialogue technology. She will appear in the following Insomniac games, most likely referring to Spider-Man 2 and Wolverine.

Unfortunately, Ruskin did not go into great detail about this system. We don't even know what we're talking about: it can be either a system that allows the player to somehow participate in the dialogue, or a technology that allows for character dialogues as such.

It is important to note that in the most recent Insomniac games, there was little interaction that allowed the player to make any decisions. Perhaps the studio decided to alter that.

Spider-Man 2 will be released in the autumn of 2023, and it is most likely that the game will be presented during Sony's next major event. If the creators have significantly improved the dialogue system, then it is likely that they will discuss it during the presentation.

This is an interesting post.
