Diablo IV has a slightly more involved character creator than its predecessors. While players may choose from a couple of different face sculpts and hair styles, there is a way to alter your appearance in Diablo IV. These include things like makeup, jewelry, and markings that may only be altered after you complete the Prologue of the game.
The ability to alter your appearance in Diablo IV is merely accessible from the Wardrobe icon on your map. From there, you may change your face, hair, or skin color, which makes it a little limited. Fortunately, minor changes may be made without costing anything gold.
Below, you can see where you can access Kyovashad's Wardrobe, and what the "Appearance" menu looks like.
The Wardrobe serves a secondary purpose. Players may also create an "Ensemble." These work similarly to Glamour Plates in Final Fantasy XIV. This means that you won't need to go back to any particular NPC to change the appearance of your new items whenever you equip something new. You can also purchase additional "Ensemble" slots for free.
Diablo IV will be released on June 6, 2023 for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC, and its Early Access beta weekend will be held March 17-20, 2023. The open beta will be held March 24-27, 2023.
