The AMD 600 platform now supports up to 128 GB of memory, and the new firmware allows for up to 48 GB per slot.
Such custom modules were initially only suitable for the latest Intel platforms, but this week ASUS announced that it will support them with AMD Socket AM5 motherboards for the Ryzen 7000. Again, we are talking about test BIOS versions that are not intended for public use.
