The Last of Us Season 2 will not be released until then, although it may be released sometime between the end of 2024 and early 2025, according to Bella Ramseynew.
Ramsey, host of The Jonathan Ross Show, said, "It's going to take some time: I'll be shooting late this year and early next," thus the release of Season 2 "will likely be in late 2024 or early 2025."
Season 2 of The Last of Us will not be recasting, although it will likely not cover all of The Last of Us: Part 2's events, and will therefore require a third season.
Naughty Dog might have time to release a possible The Last of Us: Part 3, which would provide the show with additional material.
Given the extraordinary reaction that viewers have received for this transposition, it is certain that the television series will have a bright future ahead of it, as well as very high ratings on the various databases and aggregators.
