Reviewers laud almost all aspects of the game, including Leon Kennedy's hair, which turned out to be out of competition, as well as the game's superb picture quality, as well as the enjoyable revamping of the combat system.
Separately, they praise the almost complete absence of QTE and the complete overhaul of Ashley's mechanics: now Leon's companion does not enrage the audience as it did in Resident Evil 4.
Everyone has their shortcomings. For example, the GameSpot reviewer did not like the final scenes of the game, and GamesRadar felt that the melee in the remake could have been more successful.
There are no complaints about this platform in terms of improvement.
