The Magician's Elephant, a 2023 Netflix film, will be released shortly. There will be spoilers included.
The Magician's Elephant is a story about an orphaned boy who longs for a family. Peter was told that his mother died while pregnant with his sister, but the youngster can't shake his first memories, holding his infant sister in his hand.
Either way, he has been bred by a former soldier who instructs him by slamming his broom every night. One day he meets a fortune teller who tells Peter that he must follow the elephant to find his sister. He does that when an inept magician accidentally brings one to the city. Now under the King, he will grant Peter the thick-skinned mammal ownership.
The Elephant Ending in The Magician's Book
Peter's first impossible task is to defeat a soldier. Not just any, but the King's finest soldier, Sergeant De Smedt. Of course, Peter runs away quickly, and the soldier, all seven feet and three hundred-plus pounds, follows him.
Peter remembers his Uncle Vilna who served with him during the war. While on the chase, Peter retrieves the book, and before the warrior slices Peter in two, he sees the book he is holding that takes him back to his childhood.
Peter's second impossible task is to fly. He is stressed because he does not understand how to fly. However, he climbs to the highest point of the kingdom's tallest structure and leaps with only a bag around his shoulder.
Peter planned at the exact moment to release his parachutist, which he does. After a rough flight, he achieves his second impossible task.
The Countess is a funny character, and Peter has a third impossible task. From The Office, the King is a comedian. However, he is unable to make the Countess laugh.
The King can tell she is faking when Peter tells a joke, but the Countess cannot tell. (Apparently, the King is skilled at fooling people). However, the Elephant smiles at the King, and the cat falls over, laughing, thus, Peter's ownership of the beast. So, the young boy urges him to send her back, reuniting her domestic herd.
After the magician returns the Elephant to his family, Peter finds his sister. Both assumed that their mother was killed with the child they were assigned to protect.
Adel, Peter's sister, has been following the Elephant's tales and tasks throughout the week. After the last mission, the nun and Vilna run into each other and realize what happened. After the third task, Peter and Adel are introduced to each other officially.
Peter, Adel, and their friends and family have dinner together in the last scenes. Peter and Adel have finally established a family.
