Swarm Episode 1 had a lot to cover in a short amount of time. Dre (Dominique Fishback) is a narcissistic pop star, while her sister and boyfriend both end up dead in the episode.
Recap of Season 1 of Swarm Episode 2
As we approach a strip club in Fayetteville, Tennessee, Dre asks about "Reggie," and the man replies that he was out doing some business, and she flees. She defends the song she danced to, and she replies.
Reggie Wilkins is the guy who posted about Marissa and Ni'Jah on her phone. Dre saw a tweet from Reggie Wilkins on her phone that said, "That person got what she wanted. Stupid af." He was talking about Marissa's sister.
When one of the dancers, Halsey (stage name), knocks on her door, Dre asks her to go to her boyfriend's house but she refuses to pay her to go there. So after eating, Dre goes back to her boyfriend's house but she refuses to pay her to go there.
In Episode 2, Halsey, Halsey's boyfriend, and Reggie, Dre decides to return to Halsey's house and murder him. As she begins to despise her boyfriend, Halsey comes outside and sees what Dre did. Then, she begins to conjure ideas of them escaping the country together.
Dre made a lot of money stripping, but one of the girls asks her if she wants to do more tonight. She replies, "No." But, on the way home, Dre discovers a girlfriend and refuses to give up. The boy replies, "No."
Dre makes his Ni'Jah death announcement. Reggie put the car outside, and Dre went to talk to him. The bee is chirping again, and Dre says she has to pee again. Reggie's house is not forgiving.
The Ending of Season 1 of Swarm is Explained
As the girls try to save her, Reggie grabs a pan and puts the spray in the shower. However, he comes back and asks her what she's doing, causing a conflict between the two. One of the girls takes out her pistol and shoots Reggie.
