Pixel 8 is a smartphone for those who prefer that size more than anything.
A trustworthy Onleaks leaker revealed the Pixel 8 Pro earlier this month. The standard Pixel 8 has also appeared in the original photos.
In May, the Pixel 8 series will be unveiled at the Google I/O Developer Conference. The phones will be released later this October as replacements for last year's Pixel 7.
The next generation Pixel 8 is shown in renderings. It's a compact and lightweight device that looks significantly smaller than its predecessor. The display has a center-aligned punch-hole notch, as well as thin bezels.
The smartphone has a metal frame with power and volume buttons at the bottom of the speaker grille. The USB-C port is located at the bottom of the speaker grille.
The Pixel 8 will have a 6.2-inch display, compared to the Pixel 7's 6.3-inch and significantly smaller bezels, according to Onleaks. It will weigh 150.5 x 70.8 x 8.9mm (12mm with camera bump), and is 5mm shorter and 2mm narrower than the current Pixel 7.
The Pixel 8 will be powered by the search giant's new Tensor G3 chipset, according to rumors. Only one thing is known for certain that the younger version of the television set and the leader do not have it. More information will be released at I/O 2023, starting May 10th.
