Is the manga by DanMachi completed?

The DanMachi manga is still working on, with a total of 14 Tankobon volumes already being published in Japan. Both the manga and the anime series are still working on the light novel series, which is still developing.

DanMachi's light novel series launched for domestic audiences in January 2013 and as of March 2023, the franchise has released a total of 18 complete Tankobon volumes in Japan; 17 of these volumes have also been published in English; a release date for volume 18 remains to be determined.

The manga series has released 14 volumes (split over two seasons), with 12 of the books currently available in English – volume 13 will be released on March 21, 2023.

Fans of the series may purchase physical copies of both the light novel and the manga series on Amazon, Barnes & Noble, BAM, Indigo, and RightStuf. There are also digital versions of the series available on Kindle, Apple iBooks, Google Play, and Rakuten Kobo.

Familia Chronicle and Sword Oratoria are two new series that have been developed along with the main DanMach series.

Each volume of the Familia Chronicle story is based on Lyu and Freya, giving much-needed background information.

A manga adaptation of the Loki Familia side-story has been produced in Japan, with 24 volumes being published in English, with volume 19 expected to be released in April 2023.

Many DanMachi anime fans have noticed that season 4 part 2 has gone under the radar, but the recently concluded TV adaptation has produced perhaps the finest season to date.

Season 4 part 2 is the highest-scoring part of the anime on MyAnimeList:

Following the broadcast of season 4, Yoshitsugu Matsuoka, the voice actor for Bell Cranel, sent a final farewell message to fans.

"This story is about despair piled on top of despair, and for some, it's becoming harder and harder to watch. Those who find it difficult to watch. Others who can't help but wonder what happens next."

He added, "This time, too, it's a piece that you'll be glad you saw." I'm sure you'll be enthused you saw it! I'd greatly appreciate it if you would believe in it and follow me! Thank you very much!"

Fans can anticipate DanMachi season 5 to be released in the future, with initial projections for a January 2024 premiere.
