Delivery Man
As episode 5 of Delivery Man approaches, Young-min turns the car back from heading to Sin-woo's shop. He returns and insists on avoiding Ji-hyun, leaving her very confused.
Young-min decides to leave the house and keeps the phone there, leaving Ji-hyun there as well.
When the detectives spot someone on a motorcycle delivering a package to someone in a car, they ask the staff to see the entrance to the emergency room, which they are detained by Jung-woo, who attempts to prevent their entry. The detectives eventually enter the hospital, but they do not discover the culprits.
Meanwhile, Ji-hyun is back at home discussing Young-min's romantic prospects.
Young-min goes to a bathhouse and spends the night on the floor. He wakes to discover the Shaman, who almost confesses the reason why he is sometimes possessed by someone else, but their conversation changes. Young-min proposes to the shaman, and he scolds him.
Ji-hyun was able to contact her dad again after discovering that she had a long-time friend named Min-seo, who died shortly after she became pregnant. She was suspicious of Ji-hyun's father because she continued to investigate Min-seo's death.
Grandma is plotting Young-min's love life and calls So-ri, who assures her that she is with Young-min at the time.
Young-min is taking So-ri somewhere. She is carrying a cup of coffee she bought for Dr. Do because she loves him. So-ri asks for a phone charger, and Young-min suddenly remembers Ji-hyun, and she disappears when the phone runs out of charge.
Young-min arrives home, and Ji-hyun makes inflammatory remarks about So-ri while charging her phone.
Young-min decides to invite Ji-hyun to Sin-woo. When they arrive, Young-min gives Ji-hyun new clothes that he knew she wanted. She happily wears them. Sin-woo asks Young-min not to interfere with his intentions to enchain Ji-hyun's love for eternity.
Young-min seeks advice from Seok-jin, who encourages him not to give up on his love before it's too late.
Sin-woo tells him that she wants to stay and find her memories with Young-min while Sin-woo prepares to put the ring on Ji-hyun. His desire to have a date with his first love was fulfilled. Young-min enters the fray.
Eun-soo's mother is in a wheelchair right now. She is unable to speak fluently, but Eun-su is optimistic that she will recover soon and that they will go on a trip together one day.
Young-min invites Ji-hyun to meet the Shaman, who gives her a yellow paper talisman while she recalls her thoughts. Ji-hyun misunderstands that the Shaman is attempting to assist her in her recalling her thoughts, and yells, causing the paper to burst into a puddle.
The Shaman tries again and warns Young-min that ghosts who have as much power as she do might quickly turn into evil spirits.
Ji-hyun remembers visiting a private investigator's office, but finds it empty. Ji-hyun remembers pinching the PI down and asking him why he was taking photos. The guy replies that someone asked him to, but he doesn't know why.
Young-min greets passengers and a little boy arrives. He wants to track down his sister, Ha-yeul, who has disappeared. He meets Ji-hyun and asks them for assistance. They take him to his grandmother's house, and Ji-hyun asks the boy some questions about his sister.
Bankers return to work looking for Young-min. Grandma calls him and tells Ji-hyun that they need to leave. Ji-hyun asks to stay with the boy and assist him in finding his sister, and Young-min allows it.
Grandma becomes aware that the house may be put up for auction if payments aren't made promptly and is extremely irritated by the visit of the banker. However, Young-min assures her that he will find the money.
Ji-hyun and Ha-jun visit a store where Ha-jun's sister was planning to buy his birthday present. They discover that his sister went there with a friend, Ga-eun.
So-ri discovers Jung-woo has pocketed some medication at the hospital, and Dr. Do promises to investigate.
Ji-hyun and Ha-jun go to the convenience store where Ha-yeul and Ga-eun work, and the boss tells them that Ga-eun has resigned. The boss attempts to contact her, but she refuses to answer. The girls' school will be visited the following day.
Young-min is asked to sell a very rare and expensive plant that she has, according to Grandma. It is immediately available for purchase on the internet.
Ji-hyun and Young-min decide whether or not to call each other. Young-min calls Ha-jun, who relays what Ji-hyun is saying to Young-min. Ji-hyun declares she will not return until she finds Ha-yeul.
Young-min arrives at Ha-jun's house the next day and picks up Ji-hyun. They go to Ha-yeul's school and discover Ga-eun and her friends about Ha-yeul. They also see clips showing Ha-yeul interrupting a nasty transaction between Ga-eun and a strange guy and of Ha-yeul's body lying on the ground in a forest.
She is lying beside a bloody rock, and one of the girls screams that if any of them reveal the truth, she will make the same fate as Ha-yeul.
Another surprising episode, this time packed with surprises. We are finally seeing the connection to the hospital deaths and how they relate to Ji-hyun, as well as some intriguing side stories.
Young-min appears to be able to pay for the house, and he and Ji-hyun are definitely falling for each other. Let's hope the next episode will be just as entertaining!
