According to Microsoft's lawyers in section 2.20 of the CMA response, which you can see in the original text below the image, the "great" PlayStation games include God of War and Superman.
It is highly probable that Microsoft's lawyers confused Superman with Spider-Man as it is an official document of great significance.

Because Spider-Man is mentioned three times in the document, and Superman is only mentioned in this instance. The quote also discusses the effect of PlayStation exclusive games on Xbox console sales — it would be silly to mention a game that hasn't been released yet.
According to Bloomberg, Marvel's Spider-Man and Wolverine are exclusively developed and published by Sony. Instead, Superman will appear as a villain in Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League.
