The latest series Need for Speed – Need for Speed Unbound, which released last year, got a lot of positive feedback both from gamers and critics. However, the developer – Criterion actually lost five veterans who decided to leave.
The departure of five Criterion Games veterans following the release of Need for Speed Unbound is quite a strange move. But at least the mystery about where they will dock has finally been resolved. Fuse Games will still be geared toward AAA class games, although it is not clear whether this will be related to racing or not. Steve Uphill will lead the content department.

Fuse Games has already hired 17 employees for their first game development, which is still unknown. One thing is certain, they want to produce blockbuster-quality AAA games that retain their originality.
