The first issue before the release of Destiny 2: Lightfall ...

Lightfall, Destiny 2's most recent update, will be released tonight. The servers are currently down for preparation, but the initial difficulties are already known.

Players are already anticipating difficulties with Destiny 2: Lightfall's release today, although the initial issue has already been identified.

Like Bungie, Twitter has announced that under certain circumstances, issues may arise with logging into the game on Xbox Series consoles. The reason for this is apparently earlier add-ons that moved to the vault following the release of Lightfall. At the same time, Bungie has also disclosed the possible solution in case the problem arises.

To get back into the game smoothly, you'll need to deactivate certain entries in Destiny 2's game and add-on management.

If Destiny 2 is not running, stop it. Highlight Destiny 2 tile Press the Menu button Select "Manage Game and Add-ons" Select Destiny 2 Disable all of the following add-ons: – Destiny 2: Forsaken – Penumbra – Expansion I: Curse of Osiris – Expansion II: Warmind

As things stand now, you should be able to get into the game without any difficulties. However, it is to be expected that you may spend some time in queues immediately following the server's launch. Both should be well-known on Twitter.
