Frannie joined Serenity Nails & Spa in October 2015 and stayed there until February 2020. "I had to balance the needs of customers with those of 20 Vietnamese women, many twice my age, and with varying language barriers," she said of Entertainment Weekly.
Frannie was promoted to the position of Research Laboratory Manager in November 2021 and left Mann Lab in August 2021. She has continued to work with the CHA Center for Mindfulness and Compassion since.
