NEBULOUS: In a major update, Fleet Command will get a new faction ...

The simulation-heavy tactical space game NEBULOUS: Fleet Command is getting a major upgrade today. This patch adds new abilities, weapons, and ship types to take interstellar warfare to a whole new level.

The Outlying Systems Protectorate (OSP) is a breakaway country that broke away from the Sanctuary Alliance after a major diplomatic incident. They were forced to capture dozens of civilian ships and quickly transform them into makeshift warships.

The Order of the Seas, also known as the Protectorate faction, is designed to be a non-Alliance game. OSP has unique strengths and weaknesses, and is capable of using innovative strategies and equipment to defeat the technologically superior Alliance.

New ship hulls 18 new weapons New electronic warfare (EWAR) and sensor modules New types of missiles

NEBULOUS: Fleet Command receives many new concepts as well, including side-mounted casemate guns, long-range guided directional radar, mines, armor-melting plasma, unguided rocket launchers, and decoys that look like ships to enemy radar.
