The Last of Us series will soon come to an end, and it appears to be caught in a whirlwind of discontent. However, Amazon Prime Video has just released the most controversial episode of it. And the reason is more surprising than one might expect.
The Last of Us series has played with the viewer since it began broadcasting, regularly including flashbacks to explain previous events that serve the present story. We saw it especially with episode 3 and the moving story of Bill and Franck.

A kiss, spoilers, and a bleak comeback
We therefore assume that the director simply transscribed the Left Behind DLC, which had been subject to widespread bullying when it was released. Recently, episode 3 suffered the same types of inappropriate remarks and therefore there is a good possibility that the same will happen with this seventh episode based on the Ellie/ Riley bond.
The first derogatory remarks to surface on the web took not long to arrive. Other problems stem from its somewhat abrupt conclusion and its "too faithful" attachment to the source material, although other reviews do not support this view.
Episode 7 may well be a filler, but others may be left to themselves, as proof that The Last of Us does not leave anyone indifferent.
