Peta Murgatroyd, 36, isn't quite thrilled with Rihanna's Super Bowl halftime performance and pregnancy reveal! She posted a video clip on Instagram on Monday, February 27, showing off her new-born daughter and her husband, Maksim Chmerkovskiy, 42, singing "B**** Better Have My Money."
In the hilarious video, Maks and their six-year-old son Shai channeled RiRi's backup dancers dressed in white hoodies and white shorts. Both playfully slid around the floor in white socks, according to the adorable couple.
"We Found Love. Btw, great job guys!! Shai is such a cutie." Another remarked, "Y'all are just Shai's backup dancers now." Despite Rihanna's apparently developing pregnancy, some shaded the actual performance as tame.
Maks and Peta's happy pregnancy comes after a series of devastating losses. They also experienced three miscarriages. However, the couple shared how the experiences ultimately helped them to bond. "I think that's a fantastic foundation to begin this process," Peta told HollywoodLife in a red carpet interview in August of 2022.
“I believe that it has enriched our relationship because, through going through an experience like this, and with previous miscarriages and everything, you go through the trauma and the pain together, and that brings you closer.”
