Cult of the Lamb is getting set for its next free major content update, and it has revealed details on four new structures based on player feedback. Relics of the Old Faith is Cult of the Lamb's first major content update scheduled for 2023, with another update later this year.
Cult of the Lamb by Devolver Digital was an instant hit when it was released in August 2022, quickly receiving positive reviews from critics and thousands of gamers. The game's narrative is well-done, and the gameplay style is well-balanced.
Relics of the Old Faith is Cult of the Lamb's first major update, which will include a kitchen, a communal hideout, a crypt, and a farm lot sign as well as a significant improvement on an already solid game.
Other improvements are being implemented, such as a new heavy attack for each weapon, which may alter how it behaves in combat. Players will also be able to re-encounter the game's bosses, although specific details are yet to be revealed.
Cult of the Lamb is on Steam until March 2, so now is the perfect time to get your hands on the game before the first major update.
Cult of the Lamb is currently available on PC, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
