The cooperative submarine simulation Barotrauma, created by Undertow Games and fakefish, will be released on March 13th as part of early access from German publisher Daedalic Entertainment. The game's creators claimed that 2.5 million people have stepped onboard the submarine.
After the full release, the game will feature competing factions and a new campaign conclusion. Additionally, outposts, wrecked submarines, and improved alien ruins are now available for exploration.
The game's focus is on Jupiter's moon, which is covered with ice, yet beneath its surface lies a vast ocean of life and secrets. Players will be able to explore Europe, fighting with its inhabitants or eviting encounters, and completing crafts.
