Riot unveiled a new Oni component for enlisting the hero hunters in the latest VCT Lock/in game. The bundle entails new skins for Vandal, Ares, Bullfrog, and Frenzy, as well as the new katana Onimary Kunitsuna.
Valorant's Oni skin line draws inspiration from samurai culture as well as Japanese mythology and folklore. The heart of this collection, not surprising, are the Oni masks to be worn to portray one's alter-ego: each of these masks blends the 3D rendering to traditional 2D anime style animations to give the Agents a distinguishable appearance.
The new Valorant bundle will be available on March 7, just in time for the big reveal that will kick off Episode 6 of Year 2 of Valorant. The additional package will include Onimaru Kunitsuna (Oni Katana melee), a Gun Buddy, a Weapon Spray, and a special Oni Card.
