Today is Pokemon Day, and Nintendo took the opportunity to highlight the occasion in an eventful presentation. While many fans were already anticipating DLC for the latest Nintendo Switch versions, Scarlet and Violet, a 4chan leak from a few days ago may have revealed more than just the announcements made today.
Later this year, a new Nintendo Switch console might be released.
While fans have mixed reactions to today's Scarlet and Violet announcements, another one slips between the cracks. On the 24th of February, a rumor on 4chan almost spelled out all of the today announcements.
Although not always a surprise that 4chan is the way it is, most of the information provided in the post, though translated, turned out to be correct for the majority, and what really caught our attention was the last sentence which said: "Thank you."
DLC 2 for Pokemon Scarlet and Violet will be released in Winter 2023, as well as DLC for Fall 2023. Whether it's the poster that signifies that we'll get a new Nintendo Switch model like the OLED Nintendo Switch, or if we'll finally get a replacement, it's natural for the console to be released during the holidays.
Keep in mind, this is all speculation, but considering the details in the article and the fact that it was almost identical to most predictions regarding today's events, one can't ignore the signs.
