Platinum Games has updated the official site of Babylon's Fall to remind everyone that the game's server will be phased down. She did so with a brief note:

Babylon's Fall is a dismal one live service that has never received the player's approval. Announced as a PlayStation and PC exclusive, many were hoping for a new action fantasy from PlatinumGames, but were disappointed to discover it was nothing more than a disappointment.
The game has received a lot of criticism since its release, then it was criticized by the media and abandoned by the players, essentially becoming a meme when only one player was discovered on the servers.
PlatinumGames has somehow managed to regain its popularity after its launch, but it has never gained the trust of gamers.
