Anyone who wants to pay their final respects to Platinum Games' multiplayer game "Babylon's Fall" should take advantage of the last few hours. The commercial failure will come to an end tomorrow, Tuesday.
Bayonetta and NieR: Automata, a cooperative action game developed by Platinum Games, has released its multiplayer action title Babylon's Fall in March 2022.
This game was unable to meet the community's expectations in any area and was both disappointing both technically and as a playable experience. Square Enix and Platinum Games decided last September to suspend further development of "Babylon's Fall" and put the multiplayer project at an end.
If you want to see "Babylon's Fall" again, you should get a hold of the coming hours. Tomorrow, Tuesday, February 28, 2023, those responsible for the game will pull the plug and shut down the servers.
Updates did not allow for the project to come to an end.
Platinum Games' developers promised improvements and released several minor changes shortly after the release of last March's Babylon's Fall. Likewise, the studio hoped to change the tide of Babylon's Fall for the better with fresh seasons and content.
Unfortunately, the project's success was not prevented by any updates and seasons that were released after the release. Square Enix and Platinum Games both stated that "Babylon's Fall" would no longer be a commercial success.
In September 2022, the company announced that it would discontinue the game's service on Tuesday, February 28, 2023.
Babylon's Fall is now available on PC, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5.
