The Pokemon Company announced that Pokémon Sleep is a really useful app that will be released sometime in summer 2023.
Pokémon Sleep is a sleep aid app that works in tandem with Pokémon. Pokémon that tend to sleep in the same way as you will display in your game. The game encourages you to "research" the sleep styles of various Pokémon.
The Pokémon Sleep app is currently unreliable, but there will be different sleeping styles that will fit your sleeping habits.
Pokémon Sleep will be available on Android and iOS sometime in summer 2023.
