The Day Before, a survival shooter released at the end of January, was massively postponed because a private individual had received the title of the game. Gone stupid.

The Ever Unfinished Hype Genre in Open World Survival Games

The community suspected TheDayBefore (D-Day Countdown) and as a statement to Eurogamer now shows, the fans were correct. A few weeks later, the developers released a statement announcing the next legal issues. Again because of the game's name.

"We first released the app in 2010 under the name 'The Day Before,' as it is now used in many countries. We have trademark rights to the app name 'The Day Before,' and have had over 40 million downloads."

Fntastic is in a rather predicament in this case, especially considering the ten minutes of gameplay that were very little enjoyed by fans.
