Ubisoft: Rumor: Four more Assassins Creed titles are in the works ...

Assassin's Creed games may be added to the collection of four more, bringing the total number of games to eight.

According to the most recent online reports, Ubisoft is putting everything together in the Assassin's Creed franchise and is working on Mirage, Codename Red, Codename Hexe, and Codename Jade alongside Assassin's Creed four more titles.

If the rumors are true, Assassin's Creed Project Nexus will be released as a VR game at E3 2023. Other titles include Nebula, Raid, and Echoes.

Assassin's Creed III: Liberation and Assassin's Creed Rogue are both developed by the different Ubisoft studios.

Project Raid, a cooperative free-to-play game with up to four players and PvE, is being developed by Ubisoft Chengdu. All of the characters in the title are believed to be from the Assassin's Creed world.

Project Echoes will be developed by Ubisoft Annecy, according to other sources, and will be a pure multiplayer game.

The first Assassin's Creed game, Mirage, is expected to be released in August this year, followed by Assassin's Creed Nexus shortly thereafter (2023), and Assassin's Creed Hexe is expected for 2026.
