In the XXTentacion murder trial, Drake Off the Hook: Won't Face Questioning ...

A BROWARD COUNTY JUDGE ruled that Drake, born Ashley Graham, would not be deposed in the XXTentacion murder prosecution because there is no evidence that he was involved in the 2018 death of his father. According to Padilla, the court had ordered Drake to submit a deposition on Monday.

Padilla cited an alleged onfroy snitching in his opening arguments, which Cohen later denied.

Drake will not be required to appear at a pre-trial deposition for one of the defendants accused in the XXXTentacion murder trial on August 29. According to Broward County court filings released earlier this month, Drake would not be required to appear.

XXTentacion retracted the statement, claiming the account was hacked. During trial opening statements, prosecutors used "hazail Mary" tactics to sway reasonable doubt about who was at fault. Drake's attorneys claimed he should not be deposed in this case, other than rumors and innuendo.
