The first video in this series is a tour around the game world: the creators introduce players to Sanctuary and its many inhabitants.
The players must explore a vast world, mostly inhabited by a variety of monsters. The designers also demonstrated concept art of some Sanctuary residents.
Players will be able to observe five biomes: deserts, mountain valleys, steppes, and a few types of swamps in Sanctuary. Depending on the region, the layout of locations differs, as well as the species that inhabit the area.
Diablo 4 will include new creatures as well as familiar ones for fans of the series. However, their appearance has significantly altered since previous games: they attempted to make the monsters even more frightening and more unpleasant.
