In December 2022, Andrew and Tristan Tate were accused of human trafficking, ra*e, and forming a crime group. The Tate brothers are still in the custody, due to serious allegations.
The Tate brothers' arrest was brought back in December 2022. The duo has been referred to the court since then, although their custody has been extended far too many times. Recently, a Romanian court announced that Andrew Tate's custody has been extended for 30 days more.
Andrew Tate's stay in custody at the time of this was extended until the 27th of February 2023. The Tate brothers would remain in custody till the end of March while the prosecution for the duo continues.
Georgiana Naghel and Luana Radu were arrested in the same case as the Tate brothers. However, Andrew Tate's custody has been extended for another 30 days. The two women will not have the same treatment next time.
